Vyrazit do hor, to je pro du\u0161evn\u00ed zdrav\u00ed mnohem lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e antidepresiva apod. Nic by v\u00e1m nem\u011blo st\u00e1t v cest\u011b, abyste alespo\u0148 co 14 dn\u00ed vyrazili do p\u0159\u00edrody. Vymlouvat se na po\u010das\u00ed, to chce jen po\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 oble\u010den\u00ed a boty, vymlouvat se na \u010das, to je jen va\u0161e lenost, \u010das pro sebe si v\u017edy mus\u00edte naj\u00edt. A vymlouvat se na zdrav\u00ed? To je tak\u00e9 hloupost, proto\u017ee n\u00e1ro\u010dnost v\u00fdletu si organizujete sami, m\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt do kopce, ale tak\u00e9 se m\u016f\u017eete na kopec nechat vyv\u00e9zt lanovkou. M\u016f\u017eete to b\u00fdt po rovince a nemus\u00ed to b\u00fdt t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd ter\u00e9n, klidn\u011b se m\u016f\u017eete proch\u00e1zet po stezk\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 jsou i pro cyklisty. M\u00e1te je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bjakou dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdmluvu? \u017de v\u00e1s bol\u00ed klouby? Ale tohle je skute\u010dn\u011b ta nejv\u00edc divn\u00e1 v\u00fdmluva, proto\u017ee bolav\u00e9 klouby, to je jen nedostatek kolagenu.  Doplnit t\u011blu kolagen se d\u00e1 jedin\u011b dopl\u0148ky stravy a chcete to vybrat si kvalitu a ne to nejlevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, co najdete na internetu, nebo zn\u00e1te z televize.  Kolagen typu 1 m\u016f\u017eete doplnit p\u0159\u00edpravky od firmy Orcacollagen. Jsou l\u00e9ka\u0159sky testovan\u00e9 a jsou voln\u011b dostupn\u00e9, tzn. nepot\u0159ebujete l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fd p\u0159edpis. Jsou d\u011blan\u00e9 podle nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdzkum\u016f v t\u00e9to oblasti a jako jasn\u00fd d\u016fkaz, jsou moje klouby, kter\u00e9 zvl\u00e1dnou i n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 kopce a nebol\u00ed.  Pohyb v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b je t\u00edm nejp\u0159irozen\u011bj\u0161\u00edm pohybem, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017eeme t\u011blu dop\u0159\u00e1t. D\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed \u010derstv\u00e9ho vzduchu a kouk\u00e1n\u00ed do lesn\u00ed zelen\u011b, to je p\u0159esn\u011b to, co v\u00e1s pohlad\u00ed na du\u0161i a zklidn\u00ed v\u0161echny va\u0161e stresy.
